SoSha Toolkits are what you'll use to spread your content online. Here are the main features of SoSha toolkits you'll need to know to craft a compelling, audience-engaging toolkit.
TOOLKITS
Toolkits are resources containing drafted content that your audience can share. After you create your SoSha account, you'll be guided to the toolkit management screen where you'll name your campaign, customize it, and draft posts.
Here's the breakdown of the different sections:
POSTS
This is where you'll craft posts and view all existing posts within your toolkit. Read more details about creating posts here.
APPEARANCE
This area allows you to edit the banner that appears on the top of your toolkit. Here you can include your logo, text (i.e instructions or mission statement) and other customizations.
To edit the banner, use markdown syntax. You can type the code into the ‘Content’ box.
ANALYTICS
Once your toolkit is launched, track its progress with the Analytics menu. Our analytics dashboard provides key metrics including:
Number of times your toolkit was shared;
Number of times your posts were clicked on;
Number of visitors -- or unique visits to your social toolkit's webpage-- your campaign has received.
You can read more about the features in the analytics tab here.
EMBEDDING
Once you've created posts, you have the option to embed them directly onto your website, which can boost shares and engagement.
Here, you can personalize the appearance of these embedded posts to seamlessly integrate with your website's design. Customize various elements such as post size, background color, text color, and icon color.
In this section, you'll also find a preview of how the embedded posts will appear on your website. Once you're happy with the customization, simply copy the generated code provided by SoSha and paste it into your website builder.
SETTINGS
Here, you'll find everything you need to manage your toolkit effectively.
Toolkit Name: Edit the name of your toolkit.
Publish Toolkit: Ready to share your toolkit with your community? Hit the 'Publish' button. Once published, you'll receive a unique link labeled 'Go to live toolkit' under the toolkit menu. Copy this link and distribute it to your audience. Remember, you can always switch back to 'draft' mode if needed, which will invalidate the link.
Archive and Delete: You have the option to archive or delete toolkits that are no longer needed. Keep your workspace organized and clutter-free by removing outdated or unused toolkits.
MEMBERS
As an organization, you are allowed to invite people to collaborate when building toolkits. There are also different tiers of SoSha members depending on their ability to edit posts.
Admin An admin can invite new members and remove existing ones. They can also create, edit and delete toolkits.
Manager A manager can create, edit and delete toolkits but cannot invite new members of the organization.
Editor An editor can create, edit and delete post templates of existing toolkits but cannot publish them.
Viewer
A viewer can review toolkits and their posts but is not allowed to change them.
WHITELABELING
With whitelabeling, organizations can customize their toolkit's web address to their own domain instead of using "app.sosha.ai". This means that when community members visit your toolkit, they won't see "SoSha" in the web address but rather your organization's domain instead.
To set this up, simply click on the designated tab, choose a name, and enter your organization's domain link.

Here you can edit the name and description of your organization.
